lol. It is a no brainer thought, but I had to state it because some of the people I was conversing with were mistaking what I meant. Anyway, I think my quota of posts has long since been blown away. So I am going to retreat into silence unless someone posts something that I just can't resist responding to.

At least we're discussing this thing. Good luck everyone. I hope this company pulls through. Lord knows, I want it to. I'm just pissed at Intel. Signing off for now.

i am continually amazed that anyone is surprised that ddr may make it to the market.

rmbs ceo stated in feb that it would happen...that ddr would be around for one iteration...and that in extensive tests ddr is not competition for rmbs..."not even close"

he made similar remarks about this a few weeks ago. this man is very conservative and does not blow smoke. is this info not already in the share price?

then we have the lingering question of whether ddr infringes on rmbs patents. i expect rmbs has some ddr by now. will that be the next lawsuits filed? does rmbs collect royalties on ddr?

is it possible that intel and rambus are smarter than this thread?
