For weeks we have all heard the complaints that "no one is talking...what is going on? Where is the 820? Whose fault was it? etc. etc."

I get this strange feeling that a lot of events have been carefully orchestrated to start moving right now! Just the last two days on this thread have revealed enough pieces of the picture to make anyone, pro or anti Rambus, get pretty excited about the next month.

Wow...I would not want to be short right now. Just too many potential positives and very few negatives that have not already been played into the stock's price.

If IBM really does come out with a $1300 system (which seems unrealistic), the whole competitive layout could change pretty fast.

john,

"When Intel introduced the Carmel chipset last Monday they talked about a Memory Repeater Hub. That allows multiple RamBus channels to be attached to a single port."

i just had that explained to me.
