* All Contest Participants - Important Message * The founder of this thread and co sponsor of this contest, Tom Trader, notified me today by p.m. that he intends to withdraw his participation and support for the contest due to my honoring Patrick's request and releasing him from the contest in this post: Message 11754119 He feels I was disrespectful in doing this, and notified me that several other participants feel the same way, and will be withdrawing as well. Since the contest was built on many of his ideas, then it stands to reason that it should end if he no longer approves of it. Before he comes forward with his announcement, I hereby announce my full resignation from the contest as a participant, sponsor, and scorekeeper. This will enable him to continue the contest if he so choses with the participants who would be leaving due to my participation and sponsorship. I will be happy to make the contest spreadsheet available to a new scorekeeper if it would be helpful. Best wishes and good trading to all on this thread, David

David, The time difference on that post is a serious problem of contest procedure. I will trade based on the equity and the number of short positions displayed on any update of the 29th. I believe you've received my trades for 29 Oct.? Thank You for keeping track of this trading forum and extending your valuable time to administer the results. I hope this will be the last complication from me? Chip edit: Just read your contest withdrawl. What an Unhappy Turn of Events!
