Ok, its eFungi.com eBay can provide some early funding in return for an equity stake. You can be CEO, I will be president, and HJ can be Chairman of the board. I'll get working on the S-1. We can each have 30 million shares. We'll offer 4 million shares, 3.33% of the company, at $14 per share. It will start trading at about $40. Please start filling out your rule 144 filings, so we can sell out in the 40s. Oh, can you find an existing internet company business plan which we can change a few words on? Tom
