Only the ISP can tell you the subnet mask for sure.

It might be possible to make a reasonable guess from
the IP routing tables, but that's what it would be,
a guess. Your guess is a pretty good one. Use it
until you can find out for sure from @home.

When @home was set up for me, they use subnet mask 255.255.255.0

Good guess.

I'd guess most is standard across the country...
