I also see it the same was as you do... if it were back to two previous rounds of certification.. then getting certified would give the stock price a good kick upward. But since so much time has passed... damaged management credibility, with more companies already certified, more competition and internet hype at a lower level... certification won't be that kicker that all the short term holders of this stock are looking for.

Earnings and making a profit will be the key.

lml, How do you explain the difference in market cap between TERN and CMTO if it is not related directly to the Cablelabs certification? Management has focused on growing the company, which it has done. Looking at the recent numbers, it is hard to believe that CMTO is valued at .3X TERN because of management perception. as far as profitability is concerned, have you looked at TERN's numbers?
