In the event that we are unable to obtain debt or equity financing or are unable to obtain such financing on terms and conditions acceptable to us, we may have to cease or severely curtail our operations. This would materially impact our ability to continue as a going concern. Although no assurances can be made, we anticipate that we will need approximately $9 million over the next two year period to complete all necessary stages in order to enable us to market the CTLM(TM) in the United States and foreign countries. Substantially all of the $9 million will be used to purchase inventory, sub-contracted components, tooling, manufacturing templates and non-recurring engineering costs associated with preparation for full capacity manufacturing and assembly.
