You're not much into legwork, are you. I have no idea what's been said about the proxy since I gave up on go.com due to the level of profanity, hostility and discriminatory posts. But back after the original announcement of the deal, it was discussed in detail. There were literally thousands of posts on the subject. And if you read the proxy, and have any background in accounting, you'll see that the deal was worse than anyone speculated in the beginning. This doesn't mean that seek won't rise after go. It means that seek shareholders are getting a significantly worse deal than they should have gotten. SHG
