No, I am 100% correct (TM BW) on that point, as I will demonstrate. The NEJM has a strict policy of not publishing any material that has been published elsewhere. You may check their website to verify this. Thus, as the NJIC has now published the study, ipso facto the NEJM has rejected it. If not prior to today, it has undeniably disqualified the article as of today.

NEJM will probably get a second chance with the new study....Maybe they won't fumble next time.

That has to be one of the most deliciously arrogant remarks I've encountered in a long long time.
