Hi John,

If you look at a weekly chart of the SPX you'll see the formation of a rare saucer or bowl formation. I don't know much about them, but they are top and bottom formations.

How long does it take or at what price do pundants call a bull market over? Is there any retracement, percentage or support line that declares....the bull is dead?

I believe the highs for the year are printed in the SPX and DJIA....but not necessarily a dead bull.

FWIW...the forks gave a short signal at 1372.00 at about 12:30....a new fork formed on the 8min chart looking down. This can be confirmed on the day charts.
For atleast a short term...

FWIW...I'd have been short at about 1370. I believe a retracement has begun.

My Best,

Chip
