Dan, Thanks yours. I will read it more carefully in the AM. As you might tell from my posts, I have done no DD on DCHT other than the quick check on patents. As you might also tell, I don't like deliberate bias on the threads, especially when it's spammed; it makes our job more difficult. I do not doubt the licensing as presented. What I was questioning was the value of the licenses, and Steve's using the SEC filings themselves as demonstration of their value, which seemed non-sensical to me. Best, JS
