Mitchel,
No, I live in PA. I do not have it handy or I would check the postmark for you. It contains financials up 31 Mar 1999. It was -$40,000+ for Jan-Mar 1999. It also states there are just under 6,000,000 shares in Compass Data. I am not real good at understanding what I read in the financials, so I hope I passed good info onto you.
