Hi f: I've been following the TYC melodrama. Initially there was a bit of a bounce as most analysts dismissed the Tice report as bear poop. I also heard reported on CNBC that Bear Stearns did a full audit on TYC, AMP and US Surgical as a result of the Tice report and that BSC gave TYC a clean bill of health. However, I since heard that there was an article in the NY Times (Thurs.?) that also questioned TYC's accounting practices. I haven't seen the article, but apparently it has some weight. TYC is testing support RIGHT NOW. Be careful if you choose to play - down volume is still verrry heavy. K
