Wow. Unbelievable. Lutz is toast.

I guess someone knew something after all. Hopefully for the longs, this news is already reflected in the stock price. Bad news if it falls below $18.

Good luck to the longs.

ZO, I would guess with Lutz gone, this company is on the blocks. This will be the only saving grace for the share price.

8 to 10 cents? Annualized to perhaps .50 (optimistic). Forward PE multiple contraction (could be severe). The stock could realistically be headed to sub-10 range over the next few months.

Zbyslaw and all --

This is tragic news all the way around. There's no way you can put a positive spin on weakness in the US. Clearly the big guys are edging into whatever strongholds NN had. Those who said they needed a larger partner appear to be right.

Alan's taken the rap and while I admire his willingness to shoulder the blame, I think Terry's throwing the baby out with the bath water.

I don't know Pearse Flynn but I understand he's done a great job in Europe. Perhaps that's enough. Though I have my doubts.

Time for conference call. . .

Pat
