also suggesting that zinc taken orally also has some
benefit in terms of shortening cold duration.

Any info on how effective zicam is when taken a couple
of days into a cold?

I am definitely in this for the long haul.

Did anyone watch the 4PM news on ABC (Southern California) yesterday. ZI-CAM was featured and people on the street were asked if they would try the product considering the $8-$10 price range. Most said they would give it a try. They finished off with saying well this product is unproven and we will have to see if it really would reduce the common cold to 1.5 days.
