Toronto, Ontario, Nov. 02, 1999 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- Corel Corporation is pleased to announce that it has signed a major bundling agreement with Toshiba in the European market. Corel(r) WordPerfect(r) Suite 8 OEM will be bundled on Toshiba's consumer notebooks in Europe. Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 OEM will be available on the Satellite 2610CDT and 2650XDVD machines in the following languages: International English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, Danish and Finnish. Customers in Europe who purchase a Toshiba computer bundled with Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 will receive a special coupon to upgrade to WordPerfect(r) Office 2000. PC Chips will also ship Corel(r) WordPerfect(r) 8 for Linux and Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 OEM (for Windows(r)) with its motherboards.
