S.C: NN has SALES and a lot of Engineers. These will be assets for a Company that that needs to show revenue/growth and needs to expand its talent pool. By pooling of Assets they will be able to drastically cut SG&A expenses, trim the workforce and also improve their Product range.

This low price presents an opportunity and if a few Funds come up with large holdings they will be able to get their way to force a sale. My question pertains to whether such a sale will get a better price with time or a lower one.

Thanks.

Serge,

By the way Peppe, I never said "I told you so"

I know that being a short on this thread has lead to some abuse. I've gottn my share. Alls I'm saying is, it's classier not to gloat too much. We too shall find ourselves one day on the wrong side of an investment and when that day comes, I won't want someone telling me how right they were and how wrong I was.

But hey, I'm not your mother. BTW, great call on NN.

Cheers,

Peppe
