IMO, a company or two will make an aggressive run at NN in the immediate future. When the cash in the till is factored in (or out, as the case may be) then you could make a case for NN (the company) being on the block today for more like 11 or 12 v. 16 and change. In addition to inevitable rumors, I would not be surprised to see an early public bid for the company. TM has blown it badly and, I believe, would have a very hard time fighting off a decent bid. And NN is worth a decent bid. No predictions re. who or how much.
