I'm glad you didn't take my note personally. It wasn't meant to be.

All I can say to your question is that most big booms like this that were related to excessive credit expansion and included rapid asset price increases were accompanied by severe busts eventually. That doesn't mean it has to happen again this time (at some point in the future), but it is a medium to high level risk if we assume valuations are as nutso as many think.

No matter my own personal view and portfolio I would still be rooting for some degree sanity in all this.
