(OTCBB:EINI - news) assured investors today that its Form 10 filing is already under preparation and expected within the compliance deadlines associated with its trading symbol. Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Schuster said the company earlier engaged outside counsel to prepare the Form 10 filing and that the company has been assured the filing is ``on-track.' ``We are focused on a major programming initiative which will allow introduction of several new services for Castnet.com, our electronic casting submission service,' said Schuster. ``We are also concentrating on the merger with First Miracle Group (OTCBB:MVEE - news), making this a very busy time for everyone associated with TEI.' TEI recently released a demonstration page for its CastnetExtras service, expected to be released in November. ``We continue to form the vanguard for entertainment services, despite every perceived obstacle,' said Schuster. ``The introduction of CastnetExtras and CastnetBabies will open casting to virtually anyone who wants to be involved in film or television.' TEI Board Chairman Mohamed Hadid said, ``Investors want press releases, but our efforts must be focused on revitalization of the company and the upcoming merger. We have a lot of work to do, but we expect a fantastic turnaround as we meet our set objectives.' Casnet.com Secures Miracle Film Exclusive The Entertainment Internet Inc. also reports securing an exclusive casting agreement for its Castnet.com service which guarantees it principal casting rights for all First Miracle Group (aka Miracle Entertainment) films. The agreement, signed late Wednesday after months of negotiation, provides Castnet.com with an exclusive contract for all First Miracle Group films and mandates use of Castnet.com's services for casting of principal talent and extras. TEI Chairman Mohamed Hadid said, ``Castnet's agreement with First Miracle shows the value of our strategic alliances.' Hadid said the agreement should ``open the door' for thousands of actors and extras to take advantage of the latest technology in casting submissions. Schuster said, ``The exclusive casting agreement is a tremendous benefit for our client base and new enrollees for CastnetExtras and CastnetBabies.' Earlier this week TEI announced a Castnet.com exclusive for an ongoing David E. Kelley production. According to Schuster, the casting agreements announced this week were ``only two in a series' of exclusives negotiated with producers.
