Hello Marco Polo,

Thank you for your observation. My statement was based on statements made on Form 424B4 "Definitive Final Prospectus" (which can be extracted from freeedgar.com), in which it states, in part:

"Our current and potential competitors vary by size, product offering and by geographic region and may elect to partner with each other or with focused companies like us to deliver service on the Microsoft platform. They include:

. co-location providers, such as AboveNet, Exodus, Digital Island and Frontier GlobalCenter;"

Granted, this is a rather broad statement, but I can't say that they wouldn't even come close to competing in the same space, otherwise, what is it doing in the prospectus?

But thank you for your clarification of the roles the two companies play. I appreciate it.

Rainier
