This company is a provider of Internet hosting services based on technologies developed by Microsoft.

They seem to have a nice resume according to their filing:

"...As of May 31, 1999, we hosted over 1,200 web sites for more than 650 customers, including Boeing, First USA, Honeywell, Microsoft, Motorola, Olin and Ericsson. We provide our services to companies across many industries located in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. We have strategic relationships with Level 3 Communications, Inc., Compaq Computer Corporation, Microsoft and Alteon WebSystems, Inc..."

In addition, their officers seem to be made up of previous Microsoft consultants and engineers.

Their strategy:

"...Our goal is to take advantage of the growth in Internet usage, e-commerce and the outsourcing of hosting services to become the leading provider of advanced hosting services..."

Underwriters are Bear Stearns, Wit Capital, and CIBC World Markets Corp.

Sounds interesting. Does anybody have any experience with the company, thoughts, or opinions?
