just opened my packet on compass,

FYI, it says that as of July 10 outstanding stock in bnez was 59,619,670

but the dates are all screwed up, it has all the dates as 1998, not 1999 for the spin off and all of that on page 3

it has BNEZ with a par value of $1.00 per share, where did these people get this info?????

also, BNEZ has allocated 1.5 cents per share to the compass common stockanyway, check it out leroyt and let me know what you get out of it, but I sure don't understand where some of the figures and dates came from
