Yomaz and Mentz, Thank you ! Positive vibes in desparate times. I have called CFG ( several times ) and have corresponded with several legal firms who specialize in Form 10 filings with SEC. For the record, WINR has engaged a firm to do this filing. The paperwork is from 80 to 200 pages long, and is not something hastily thrown together and overnighted to the SEC via FedEx. The SEC has mandated that BB companies either file or get de-listed. No ands or buts. And there is a timetable established for that to occur. Again, no discussion. WINR has until next May, 2000, to file. WINR engaged a firm to file what was to be late-October. Due to the nature of the filing, there is a cutoff point, a silent period if you wish, that NO press release is made without revision to the filing. Since this could be expensive, WINR elected to stay quiet and comply so as to faciliate the process. Unfortunately, so I am informed, WINR is represented by a company that has a few clients in line ahead who have NOV deadlines raging on top of them, and face de-listing if Form 10 not filed. SOOOO, WINR is waiting for legal resources to free up such that filing can be completed, not only timely, BUT ACCURATELY. THEN, WINR can open the floodgates. No doubt we will all celebrate this momentous occasion. The downside is that some of "us shareholders" in a desire to have it all NOW, are prone to being a little emotional and the Market Makers are taking full advantage. Noticed the spread lately between bid and ask ? Well, it has not always been so. Used to be 3 cents at most. Now, lucky to be just 9-12 cents. We've all waited since WINR went live last December ( 1998 ) and it's had 2 profitable quarters. Third should be equal about to the 1st two quarters put together !!! How many BB companies can do that ? Do you realize that not even MSFT did that its first three quarters ... amazing. RB has become a junkpile of foul language, worthless accusations, and no real info on companies. Too bad. I'm glad to see the majority of posts on SI hanging on to positive points about the companies, in particular WINR. This one is a keeper ... and I'll wait another year if I have to see $ 15 a share ... after all, I paid under 60 cents for most of my holdings. Where can I buy a CD and get THAT much return in 2 years. And I believe WINR will be even higher. Especially when they open up e_Commerce etc. to augment the Gaming. Plus, Gaming is growing rapidly too. GO WINR ! Regards, Dan
