Let's see, 600M shares X .004 per share. That puts the current company at a market cap of about $2.4M. For these shares to qualify for a $4 per share minimum Nasdaq threshold there can only about 600K shares outstanding after whatever reverse split they may consider to achieve this.

So the hard reality here is that they will either have to do a 1:1000 reverse split at the current market cap or they will have to find a way to raise the current market cap from $2.4Million to $2.4Billion.

Tim I'm afraid those talking Nasdaq here are like those following "the second star to the right, straight on until morning" - on a trip to Neverland. If they keep thinking happy thoughts though, maybe with a little bit of pixie dust, they can at least fly around the room.

the general thought is that a huge reverse will take place

Let's see a 1000 to 1 reverse split would leave it at $4 a share....sounds good huh....LOL
