Keith,

In your many conversations with the company, have you been given any indication of or do you have a gut feeling about which way JDX is leaning with regards to the exchangeable note? As we know, they have until Nov. 30 to make their decision whether to exchange the note for convertible preferred shares or common shares. Valid arguments can certainly be made for either option. In the final analysis, though, it's highly likely that both choices will turn out to be good ones.

That's when I decided my advisors weren't fussy enough and worked on it for another six months. I think that's the point you're at too :)
