I highly doubt that jdx will opt for 8% on their money, because considering the stage of medsite at which they were able to get their nickels in they would almost certainly be in a position to profit much better than 8% by opting for the common ... don't know for sure though, don't talk to the company .... but the medsite S1s should be out before the 30 Nov decision date, so we should be able to figure it out then ..... but them opting for the preferred would greatly surprise me .... cheers

Preferred or common shares. Good question and to tell you the truth I haven't given it much thought. I would tend to think that they will go with common stock but I will ask the company the next time I talk with them.

The stock is looking fairly good today.
