He may want the bubble to cool off but at the same time he doesn't want any big casualties. The massive derivative exposure has already taken take down one of the big players, we just don't know who it is yet. Greenie knows this and he knows the losses and the failure can be hidden, some times for years. The day is coming just like our own eventual death. Until the Grim Reaper comes calling you should party on!
