JYW, A split makes a lot of sense from a P&Der point of view. It is easier to pump a 10-20 dollar stock than a 30-40 dollar stock (even if the float has doubled). Losses/share get cut in half. In course PnD 101 taught at the Bezos School of Manipulation, it is gone over in detail how you (as management) can keep your stock (and your net worth) healthy by splitting a stock. The momo players tend to ignore the bad news in the form of missed deadlines, projections, etc. In the recently held annual meeting, ZIXI sought an increase of the number of authorized shares from 30 million to 175 million. I am obviously speculating about a possible split announcement. My guesses are often wrong. Regards, Rajiv
