Hi Doc.

I've been watching hlit all day. Lots of volume for it to go no where.

But I'm ready to jump in when it looks to take off. Watcha' think?

HLIT et al

Unfortunately, there is not much to like about HLIT's chart froma technical perspective. The best that can be said is that the stock is becoming oversold. Worden's indicators are negative. There appears a lot of confusion over the value of the CUBE deal. Did they pay too much; will it be accretive in the near term? Fundamentally, from what I've been able to learn, this looks like a very good deal in the long run. Short term, the arbitrage situation is still very muddled. I am not giving stock picking advice, but I would wait to enter until more positive signals emerged. BTW, Zack's increased rating to Strong Buy on 10/29.

SNDK, HIFN, ENTU continue to look strong....

SNDK will be offering a secondary tomorrow for about 4.5 mil shares. This is all treasury stock, not insider selling.

Another "beaten-down" I entered today is MIPS. Broke thru intermediate-term down trendline today...

Also, VECO and TSAI looked good for reversal plays.

Not a lot of great candidates tonite, but VNWK looks to have broken out of three month congestion...
