Yes, my girl friend's father was buying calls on QCOM ,last year, and made a bundle... he was trying to get me into the market, and told me of this pending law-suit with ERICY that when finished with, would put QCOM in a league of a 400 lb gorrilla (now it's a 900 lb gorrilla), I went on-line and started losing my but on ditsy trades , then caught the news around Jan/Feb of the settlement with ERICY coming thru....had really no idea of the import of it at the time, just a newbie! LOL! bought $50K of Q at around $89 average that day...put the rest in Home depot! LOL! god, i send my "ex" girlfriends's father "best wishes cards all the time now!!!! Really thought i was hot -stuff! It's one of the "core Holdings" :-)) 2mAR$
