Still here, still a shareholder and from the looks of it, I am likely to be very happy because of it.

As for your question, the news was kept quiet. This had been being negotiated for quite some time, almost to the extent of wondering about it coming together. I am told that the players involved with FAI are the "RIGHT PEOPLE".

Patience does pay off.

Salut,

Leigh McBain

FAI's assets consist of intellectual property including published
and unpublished books, audio tapes, videos, brochures, speeches and other
educational and training materials, services, programs, seminars and
workshops.
The company will issue shares to the shareholders of FAI on a performance
basis. These shares will be earned out of escrow on the basis of one share
for each 75 cents in pretax revenues generated by FAI.

How can we evaluate this deal Leigh?
How good are these intellectual properties?
How much money does the new company have to make for the3 million shares come out. 75 cents in pre tax revenues equals what? I'm confused on that.

Can anyone point us to a competitor for comparison sake?
Does FAI have a web site?

Are we awaiting vse approval for the change of business, if so this could take several months before it trades?
