Re: let me ask you two questions: (1) Why are you disappointed? unclewest seemed like someone who was capable of presenting a position (if a somewhat one dimensional one) and then discussing it - as opposed to a Yahoo style screaming match. (2) What is your definition of class? Not saying F* Y to people who disagree with you after your position gets some supporting information. Regards, Dan PS. OTOT I've just gone through an intense couple of days with a rental property investment. I'd put it on the market 2 months ago, at a bad time of the year, when the tenants suddenly needed out of their lease. Got a good, but not great, offer, and had to decide what to do when negotiations didn't bring the price up much. I decided to keep the property at least another year and a half - but it was a knife edge decision since I don't really enjoy the role of landlord, despite the financial benefits. I'm sure the Rambus longs will be delighted to see me back on SI. :-)
