Thanks for the details of the road show. I expect a secondary offering of this magnitude required Dr. Eli Harari to be at the podium.

When you say the Monday luncheon was "oversubscribed" do you mean "standing room only" or do you mean the size of the offering was bigger than expected? You lost me there.

If what you reported was the sales pitch, and there's little reason to doubt the accuracy, then that's one reason the stock price is holding up well.
