You notice how once interest rates went down BFT started to move up a little? Interest rates are the key here.

This company is so leveraged it is sick. Debt keeps going up, when it stops going up, then it will be time to reanalyze the situation.

Until then this company is walking a tightrope. And these debt rating agencies never predict bankruptcy, they are worthless.

And why would they be simulating default on this company?

In addition, Standard & Poor's revised its outlook on Bally to positive from stable.
