Hello Ann and WLA, AHP and PFE holders. Great to see you on the thread again and not only PMing. gg.

Yes. Intel is doing some interesting things. Trying to be an important contender on the net outside their chips.

Ericy along with Nokia and the other wireless telecoms are supposed to be good long term investments.

You did not mention Orcl. I guess you still have it? Looking good now. I guess insiders can be wrong too.

Why did you have so much trouble at the border? Did you have one of those things slung around your shoulder? You know that stuff we were discussing when you went to the Intel meeting. gg.

Got to run and check on that triangle between WLA, AHP and now PFE.
WLA and AHP merger was a done deal and now PFE threw a bid in for 96. My PFE went down immed. while all the other drug cos. are up now. MY WLA went up a little on that news. Never a dull moment.

Sonny

Hi ANN,

My wife and I took a tour of Canada a few weeks ago and we had the pleasure of visiting Toronto, Viagara Falls, Quebec City, the Laurentian Mountains and Montreal. It was a wonderful and memorable trip.

About Microsoft, I am hoping that the Judge will render his verdict tomorrow and maybe entertain us by making a quick appearance of the Howard Stern Show to discuss the comedy of the trial.

The Nasdaq scored its 5th record day and I am disappointed that one of my holdings in IBM is doing so poorly.

Hope that everything is well with you and your family?? I can't believe that Nicholas is almost old enough to drive?? Everybody's kids are getting older but us adults stay the same.

Best Regards
Frank

>....... Those people don't smile at you on the street when you smile >at them. Kind of a stuffy bunch. <GGG> Ok, I can only speak for >Toronto, I bet those people in Regina are really friendly. Dan >Pearson will have to let us know about that.

You betcha, prairie people are indeed pretty friendly...you ought to at least be able to rustle a smile out of one or two of us..

...dan...

Hello Ann, OFF TOPIC DIRTY JOKE

Here is a cute joke that I heard that I thought that you and the thread would enjoy.

A guy goes into confession and says to the priest, "Father, I'm 80 years
old, married, have four kids and 11 grandchildren.

"Last night I was invited to a sex party by two 18 year-old girls. I did
"it" with both of them.....twice!"

The priest said: "Well, my son, when was the last time you were in
confession?"

"Never Father, I'm Jewish."

"So then, why are you telling me?"

"Hell, I'm telling everybody!"

Best regards, Margaret
