Alan: It does trade here on the pink sheets, but as soon as the 10k is completed, we can expect it to resume trading more regularly, and I expect to see the stock begin to move. The American Silver project is going gangbusters, and the potential applications for the product are increasing. Just talked to management today, and they are beginning to see significant revenues from the ASAP silver product. Regards Dan

CFB is still alive and kicking. The ASAP silver solution is going gangbusters, and the company is progressively acquiring new clients for distribution purposes. There are many applications for the antibacterial effects of this solution, for which a patent has been applied for. It is produced ty American Silver, which is a private company essentially controlled by Clifton, although 40 % of the income can be attributed to Clifton. Already, the sales of the product are generating cash flow for Clifton. I expect that we will see one or more positive news releases from the company/ Regards Dan
