Isn't it true that "American Silver" is only 40% owned by Clifton Mining... and the other 60% is owned by "the Moeller brothers" (i.e.: the principals of Clifton)? Just my opinion, but after all that transpired with Clifton... the untold lead story until it was too late, etc., you would think that Clifton's principal shareholders and its management would not have segregated the "American Silver" project from Clifton Mining (obviously, IMO, done for their own personal benefit and not the public shareholders). It appears to me like "double-dipping". Again... just my opinion.
