May sell off? Surely you jest. If i had a short position in NTOP I would be jumping up and down now with glee. I expect NTOP to sell off significantly. If this is the best of the nine options they were considering I'd like to know what the other eight were.

Hawaii, how are investors profiting from all of this? I can appreciate the influx of 100 mil in the coffers but the benefit thus far appears to be the hope that the market reacts well to this news. With the lack of confidence (which is how I am rathar simplistically explaining the market reaction to IDTC share price to myself) and the way management has alluded to a direct investor initiative, I don't see this as being specific enough. Share price with this kind of plan makes sense company wise, and business wise but a lot of investors waiting for something in their pockets are going to be dissapointed, at least initially. We are going to take a hit IMHO, if their isn't something a little more "juicy".

Warren, I thought IDTC had no debt?

H60,

It was argued at the time that NTOP share were not
distributed to IDT shareholders for the fear of
triggering a sell off! This is exactly what the
IDT management is doing. My guess is that HJ is trying
to intentionally cause the IDT stock to become so
cheap that he can afford to buy the rest of the company
that he does not own!!Or may be HJ is trying to give an
opportunity to the IDTC shareholders to show end of year
losses for tax purposes. with friends like that who needs
enemies.

Contrary to your views, both NTOP and IDTC will sell
of for the remainder of this year. However, We may be able
to make money on by shorting the stock. I have not been
able to do so yet.

Comments please everyone.

Regards,
