Paunch,

<<JL was suppose to be commercial, if they are not then we have just been defrauded again.>>

I had heard it said many times that J/L wanted the same type of deal (that they eventually appear to have received from Mike) from Naxos. I heard it further said that when Naxos wanted definitive proof like COC certified results, J/L walked away.

Obviously I will never know if that is true, but that is why larry and I were so concerned when we heard that Mike was accepting bench tests in his garage as proof.

I hope this all ends up well for you guys, despite how looks right now.

Mark

Paunch, I sure feel pretty uncomfortable holding this puppy long. The only saving aspect is that if the new leaders are the con men people suggest, maybe the stock soars on hype? I can play that as long as I believe that there is a chance the operation is honest and a con is only conjecture. I wish Karl and Char would say something about what they think occurred.

<< If that is true then Mike gave away the farm for nothing.>>

I seriously doubt mike gave anything away for free. I am sure he was well paid. What you mean is he gave your farm away.

Deja vu......bummer
