<<< We just stagnate....REALLY...What in the devil is happening here??? Any clue..anyone?? >>>
Been thinking about that- Dell great stock not moving. Not much action of many larger stocks (msft, csco, intc) either.
We assume that funds etc want to own (LT) these stocks,
knock them down and buy them cheap.
Perhaps that's a wrong assumption in todays market, money is made in churning, not holding. With many shares of Dell in circulation
churning not so easy as it once was. Brokers now have a whole new rash of IPO's and mo-mo web stocks to deal with- fast easy bucks.
So why bother to try to shake a Gorilla?
When the MM's are ready to shake, then we may move. Might check in with Voltaire on that aspect.
This lack of movement seems irrelevant to what Dell will do next year, which is to continue to blow the doors off the competition.
One other picture that bothers me:
Analysts present Dell as a company struggling to develop
new products and desperately trying to keep sales and earnings up
and break into new areas. IMO its not Dell that is struggling
here(G), Dells concentration is on keeping up with the relentless demand for its products. (with due credit to the excellent job of sales force) .
