alohal: go above the team you are assigned to. Call the "office of the chairman" of schwab. They get you the best help. This is what I did, at one point. Your complaint or comment is recorded, and you do get handled by a person, above your team level. Don't hesitate. Like any good company, they do want your feedback. Then you are assigned to that "chairman's person" for weeks or months, until you are satisfied. Just don't abuse this, and it works really well.
