be careful about what you assume is "truth" when you read it on SI (or anywhere else for that matter).

That's not to say the original statement was wrong or untrue, just not fully supported by facts, yet.

Not so fast. Could be bogus. Could mean nothing. Could be big bad news for MSFT.Could be a mild sell-off, and business as usual ---> UP, UP and AWAY !!! lol. Let's wait and see what truly is in the DOJ's favor. Sounds like Press hype for now.

X, could well be...remember the tons of calls on MSFT that were bought today? apparently this was not based on a leak after all, in which case the normal reaction would be a strong downdraft in MSFT.
it will be interesting what the market makes of this ruling...bet you the spin machine will be running full tilt before trading begins on Monday.
