It was under Regan that both IBM and ATT were let off the antitrust charges. His legacy is nowhere near this decision.

Great point! These guys are so crazed that they are going around lambasting people without even bothering to find out who's who! A couple of years ago, I had told my friends that MSFT would underperform the S&P 500 over the next 10 years (1998-2007). At that time, I was laughed out of town. I wonder what those guys will be saying now...
