"But if have to tell you, this kind of euphoria is dangerous. Investing is best done without emotion. Sorry."

Well said. Euphoric self-congratulation is on the same coin as panic.

Enter a position in this stock now in the thrall of its momentum and you better be willing to see 10% to 40% or more of your equity go. Oh I think the people who write, that even if that occurs the price will be much higher in five years, are correct. However one must sleep, at least sometime, between now and five years. If you cannot sleep through a huge down-turn in share price, don't buy. I could not and I would not.

Ciao,
David Todtman

Perhaps I was cheerleading a bit. Did not intend too. I was speaking in terms of The Gorilla Game. (Are you familiar with the book?)

JDSU is a "King". Perhaps I was reaching a bit in imagining it becoming a Gorilla.

I do not recall being emotional, however, Guy. I agree that investing requires seperation from your ego and emotions. It does, however, allow you to express joy without fear of it costing money.

I see that you are a TA. Good for you. I don't put much credence in TA, though I do find it interesting. If there is anything to TA, imo, it is that it charts the emotions of the herd.
