+Ed.. Must be a perception thing... I'm a Libertarian, and I sure don't see forcing MSFT to follow a few simple American rules of the game quite the same as having the people held hostage. If anyone has been held hostage is certainly has been more by MSFT than by the Govt in this matter...

I AM for smaller, MUCH smaller Govt, and less micromanagement, however. But lousy, micromanaging regulations are a far cry from requiring all players in a game to follow a few rules...and a little decency, even.. IMHO

We can vote Republican and clean all these lawyers and liers out. It is sad to see stupid remarks by an ignorant judge on a great company which has literally transformed the industry and our economy. MSFT and Intel are responsible for America's domination in 90s.
