Brian, where did you take your business law courses?.. If one of us refers to a decision about the facts in the case --- or decisions about the findings... where does that let you twist the comment into a statement that there is no "Decision" in the case. I can't recall any of my law professors requiring a defense against that kind of twisted logic.
