Thanks, Brian, for your post and for transposing Paul La Monica's article (and for the link). I find the market sector both exciting and overlooked. I have put together a database of 23 peer group companies including the 3 Japanese majors and four European publishers. There are one or two notable absentees from your list, IMHO. Midway Games which has a strong slate of DC titles, Infogrames and TakeTwo Interactive (TTWO). Also don't forget the booming accessories market. TTWO own the European market leader. InterAct (sub of RCOT) is the US leader but it has problems, apparently. My pick here is GIG who has just merged with Mad Catz - who probably make the highest quality accessories - including a sizzling screen magnifier/light enhancer for GB - which is enjoying incredible success right now.

Oher smaller companies are Rage plc, IPLY, FNCO, GTIS and UBI Software.

My personal picks are: large companies: Nintendo, ERTS and THQI; smaller companies: TTWO and GIG.
