Sabrejet: today should be a celebration that the US system of justice will not allow corporations the right to destroy the American entrepreneurial and Yankee ingenuity spirit. The fact is technology and consumer benefit would have actually been further along if MSFT had not become and took advantage of becoming a monopoly. Judge Jackson seems to agree with this. Thank goodness for his FOF.

The blame sits right at MSFT's doorstep not its competitors. They (MSFT) had every opportunity to quit their ridiculous business practices. They chose not too. They'll suffer the consequences until they admit their mistakes, make the appropriate business practice changes, and move on to bigger and better things. If they do, I'll be the first to invest in them.
