taxman: What is the point of the cut and paste harassment? Do you have any of your own thoughts? What do you expect the Washington Post to print?

The judge did not dismantle anything; he simply made a declaration of guilt while ignoring all MSFT's witnesses and Fisher from the government's side who declared that MSFT had not harmed the consumer but MIGHT in the future. Pure speculation not jurisprudence. JFD

David Segal's article is depressing. If this case can change the high tech landscape it's going to hobble the gorilla companies that created this amazing wealth, which has reverberated through the entire economy.
